Red Wine & Food Pairing

Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2015

Dry: A very light and refreshing rosé that offers a balance of dryness with subtle fruit flavors. *Pairs with BBQ, lamb, turkey, pasta and pizza.

Kresta Red 2015

Dry: A light-bodied blend of Marechal Foch, Pinot Gris and Vidal Blanc. It can be served chilled or at room temperature.*Delicious with all Italian foods.

Kresta Azure 2015

Semi-dry: Enjoy the ripe, subtle flavors of 80% blueberry wine and 20% Chambourcin.*Pairs well with casseroles, chicken, lamb, and duck. Compliments soft cheeses.

Chambourcin 2013

Dry: French hybrid aged 14 months in French oak and 6 months in American oak with flavors of walnuts and blackberries. *Pairs with cheeses, sausages, game and red meats.

Tradition

Dry: A full–bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin and Merlot.*A rich red wine that pairs with many heavier dishes and cheeses.

Skeet’s Revelry 2011

Dry: Full-bodied blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chambourcin with flavors of blackberries. *Perfect with red meat dishes, pasta, and, of course, chocolate!

Merlot Reserve 2013

Dry: Aromas of cherry with hints of cinnamon and licorice. Aged in Hungarian oak. Well balanced with a long finish. *Pairs with pasta, pork, and red meats.

Tri Vina 2013

Dry: A classic red Bordeaux blend. Full-bodied with smokey wood tannins. Flavors of cherry, plum and vanilla. *Excellent with smoked meats, stews, and full fat cheeses.

Ĉetiri

Dry: A full-bodied blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chambourcin. Flavors of raspberry, and spices that linger for a soft and layered finish. Aged 12 months in Hungarian oak and 6 months in American oak. *Pairs with richer cuisines, veal, pork and creamy cheeses.

Rudy’s Red 2015

Sweet: A blend of Marechal Foch and Chambourcin that has been aged in Hungarian oak. Flavors of clove, spice, and candied fruit. A fine after dinner sipper or as an alternative to a heavier port–styled wine.

Chardonnay 2015

Dry: Crisp and full–bodied, barrel fermented and aged in steel tanks. Long, toasty finish with hints of vanilla.*Pairs with seafood, mild cheeses and southern soul food.

Pinot Gris 2013

Dry: This dry wine is clean and crisp with fresh, fruity flavors.*Pairs nicely with seafood and creamy, richer dishes.

Mystique White 2013

Dry: A well-rounded blend of 75% Riesling and 25% Traminette.*Light and easy to drink with appetizers, cheese, and fruit.

White Cabernet Franc 2014

Dry: Clean and well-rounded with citrus flavors and a touch of tannins leading to a long, crisp acidic finish.*Pairs well with spicy cuisine and Italian foods.

Dry Riesling 2014

Dry: Fresh and crisp with fruity flavors of green apple. Offers a long flavorful finish.*Pairs with light appetizers, salads, and fruit.

Seyval Blanc 2015

Semi-dry: Full flavors of grapefruit, oranges, and lemons with notes of fresh herbs. Offers a refreshing finish. *Pairs with light appetizers, salads, pork and seafood.

Riesling 2014

Semi-dry: Citrus notes and hints of green apple and nice minerality. It has a very enjoyable finish with good agebility. *Try with appetizers and light meals, fruit and salads.

Peach 2015

Semi–Sweet: 100% peach wine; like biting into a fresh peach – refreshing with a great acid balance.*Delicious after dinner, especially with vanilla ice cream and fruity desserts.

Mystique White 2014

Semi-sweet: A sweet blend of Riesling and Traminette. Crisp and refreshing fruit flavors that deliver an irresistible wine for all occasions!*Pairs with fruits, nuts, salads, and chocolate.

Late Harvest Vidal Blanc 2013

Semi–Sweet: Vibrant with hints of burnt honey, tropical fruit flavors and apricots. A rich and lasting finish.*Delicious with chocolate and cheesecake.

La Crescent 2015

Sweet: On the nose a hint of lavender and mango with flavors of peach, apricot, and melon.Pairs with appetizers, salads, and dessert.

Petoro 2014

Sweet: A sweet blend of five grape varieties: Traminette, Vidal Blanc, Seyval Blanc, Riesling, White Cabernet Franc (White). Citrus flavors of grapefruit, with notes of minerality.*Pairs with appetizers, salads, and dessert.

Vidal Blanc Ice Wine 2013
